Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a long-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop custom widgets and configure the Service Portal for enhanced user experience
- Create and maintain workflows and business processes within the ServiceNow environment
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CSM with contract management process and automation
- Experience designing and implementing workflows for a customer service catalogue
- Knowledge and experience with Angular JS, HTML, and CSS for custom widget creation
- Proven experience in guiding and implementing customer and internal business processes based on ITIL guidelines
- Experience in coding best practices and conducting code reviews for high-quality outputs
