Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows based on healthcare-specific requirements
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external healthcare systems while ensuring secure data exchange
• Maintain documentation for developed solutions and support audit and reporting activities related to platform usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or 4 years of relevant experience)
• ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer Certification is required
• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture
