Job Summary
Seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer (CSA, CAD required) for a full-time onsite position in Raleigh, NC, who will build secure applications, protect sensitive data, and support compliance reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Build secure applications following least-privilege principles and secure coding practices
- Support audit logging and compliance reporting, ensuring operational excellence
- Manage platform upgrades, monitor performance, and troubleshoot critical incidents
Required qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Active certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and integration methods (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and Service Catalog
- Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD practices
