Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, maintain, monitor, and audit the ServiceNow platform
• Provide technical support and lead troubleshooting efforts for production and non-production environments
• Participate in project teams to implement new systems and ensure timely application maintenance and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• 3 years of related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience preferred
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other relevant certifications preferred
• Experience in higher education or healthcare field preferred
