Job Summary

Working remotely from specified states, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Developer II will manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform, performing development and support activities while collaborating with business units to build solutions and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Administer service requests related to user and data management on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement, test, and deploy technical solutions including business rules and client scripts
• Collaborate with system architects to identify business pain points and improve functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including administration and application deployment
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required within 18 months of hire
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide functions, and ServiceNow development methodologies
