ServiceNow Developer & Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' Electronic Health Record program, the full-time ServiceNow Developer & Reporting Specialist will manage the technical development, configuration, and analytics/reporting of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring compliance with VA requirements in a regulated IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and configuration of the ServiceNow MVP for the Single-Pathway Issue-Resolution platform
• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reporting functionalities directly within ServiceNow
• Translate stakeholder reporting needs into actionable metrics and analytics, delivering insights for PMO and executive audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience or active CSA and CAD certifications with comparable implementation experience
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end ServiceNow development
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions directly in ServiceNow
• Ability to perform combined development and analytics/reporting tasks effectively
• Experience working in regulated IT environments, preferably within federal healthcare or the VA OIT system
