Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation using ServiceNow best practices
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics that support operational decision-making

Required Qualifications

Valid and active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience configuring ITSM modules
Experience building ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
