Job Summary

Seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer with CSA Certification for a remote, full-time position where the candidate will design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including modules and integrations, while providing ongoing support and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, and business rules
• Implement and configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and maintain scripts across environments

Required qualifications

• Current ServiceNow CSA certification
• Experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow modules
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations
• Ability to perform testing, debugging, and deployment across various environments
• Strong documentation skills for configurations and technical designs
