Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance solutions across the ServiceNow platform
Support and optimize modules including ITSM, SPM, ITAM, and ITOM
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong cross-platform experience (ITSM, SPM, ITAM, ITOM)
CSA and CAD certifications
Experience supporting federal programs strongly preferred
Active DHS Public Trust clearance
