Job Summary
To support a government contract, the remote ServiceNow Developer with Public Trust clearance will develop and support the ServiceNow application, focusing on IT Service Management modules such as Change Management and Incident Management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow application for the client
- Work within the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT Service Management capabilities
- Support various modules including Change Management, Incident Management, and Configuration Management (CMDB)
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow application development
- Experience with ServiceNow development and knowledge of code best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
