Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer with Secret Clearance, responsible for supporting the implementation and configuration of ITSM capabilities in a fully remote, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Develop catalog items, workflows, and dashboards while implementing CMDB-driven processes
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
• Experience configuring Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management modules
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, ACLs, scripting, and routing logic
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Active Secret Clearance or higher required
