Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop using the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including IT Asset Management and Service Mapping
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
Collaborate with team members to estimate, plan, and execute tasks while ensuring documentation is complete

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline with 4 years of ServiceNow development experience
U.S. Citizenship required
Must maintain an active Secret Clearance
Experience with JavaScript and API integration processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
