ServiceNow Development Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Development Team Lead to build and lead a technical team while designing and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team using Agile Scrum methodology and facilitate various team meetings
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and oversee the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development, including system configuration and code reviews, while ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing and developing ServiceNow modules
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with web technologies and networking
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications in two or more application areas are required
