ServiceNow Development Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Development Team Lead who will build and lead a technical team while designing and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team using Agile Scrum methodology, facilitating daily standups and sprint planning sessions
• Provide mentorship and development guidance to junior team members and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development, including system configuration and custom application coding, while ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow modules and applications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent job experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and general knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems design
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas are required
