Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Development Team Lead to build and manage a technical team, design solutions, and oversee implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team using Agile Scrum methodology and facilitate various team meetings
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with clients on project delivery
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development and manage the release process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules and applications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with web technologies and networking
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
• Certifications in ServiceNow, including Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist
