Job Summary
To manage ServiceNow projects across the US and Canada, the full-time Engagement Manager will build and maintain successful client relationships, lead delivery teams, and ensure exceptional engagement delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client experience from contract through delivery, ensuring all needs are met
- Lead internal communications regarding client status and identify opportunities for additional offerings
- Manage delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 10 years of Project, Engagement, and/or Account Management experience
- 3-5 years of Consulting Experience
- 1-5 years of ServiceNow Platform or other software experience
- PMP or other Project Management Certification
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
