Job Summary

To manage multiple projects effectively, the part-time ServiceNow Engagement Manager will oversee delivery operations, project planning, and stakeholder management while working remotely from the USA or Canada on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Oversee risk management and resource allocation for project success
• Lead project teams and maintain stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow project management experience, specifically with HRSD offboarding and APO
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS
• Proven ability to manage projects independently
• Experience in delivery operations and budget management
