Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing new ServiceNow ITOM\ ITSM features and modules
Building and developing monitoring tool integrations with ServiceNow event management
Providing technical support automating business process workflows and dashboards using ServiceNow

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
Intermediate to expert level knowledge in AWS, SQL, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST as they relate to ServiceNow
Experience leading technical discussions with internal and external customers
Experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
Ability to research and address information security issues as required
