Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Application Developer/Analyst - III.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services and APIs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations

Qualifications & Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
• Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Applications Development and ServiceNow Scripting
• Experience using ServiceNow APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and JSON
