ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join their DOD program remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform and telephone call center application
• Manage user access, develop workflows, and perform platform upgrades
• Provide virtual training for Government-designated personnel related to the SDDC E2E SMC Customer Self-Service website and ServiceNow workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Possess one of the required certifications satisfying the DOD 8140 guidelines
• Must be a Certified ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency
