ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and improve their enterprise ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the ServiceNow platform, focusing on usability, performance, and automation
• Design and implement solutions for workflow automation and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
• Lead platform migrations and manage user roles and access controls in line with security requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience across ITSM and ITOM
• Proven experience in designing Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes, and Business Rules
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and MID Server
• Demonstrated success in platform migrations, such as transitioning from JIRA to ServiceNow
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with Java for ServiceNow scripting
