ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Engineer will build and maintain controller flows, develop catalog items, and design REST/S3 integrations while collaborating in Agile ceremonies and supporting data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain controller flows and reusable subflows for multi-step vendor processes
• Develop catalog items, client scripts, and script includes while ensuring clarity and maintainability
• Design and support REST/S3 integrations, implementing robust error handling and validation

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer and client scripts
• Experience with custom scoped applications, ACLs, and business rules
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform principles
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/S3)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (required)
