ServiceNow Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing self-service capabilities, the full-time ServiceNow Engineer will build and improve ServiceNow landing pages, self-service portals, and user experiences using JavaScript and platform scripting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance ServiceNow Employee Center and self-service experiences to improve knowledge-driven support
- Design and develop ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities and implement AI-enabled support solutions
- Design and build ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automation processes to streamline support operations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of software engineering, platform engineering, or application development experience
- Experience delivering solutions through Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze user journeys for user-centric solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scripting
- Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
