ServiceNow Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on enhancing self-service capabilities and user experiences, the full-time hourly ServiceNow Engineer will build and improve ServiceNow landing pages, portals, and workflows while analyzing user behavior and logs to optimize the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance ServiceNow Employee Center and self-service experiences to improve knowledge-driven support
- Design and develop ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities and implement AI functionalities
- Build ServiceNow forms, workflows, and catalog items to streamline request processes and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of software engineering or application development experience
- Experience delivering solutions through Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to analyze user journeys and design user-centric solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scripting
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) environments is preferred
