Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the remote ServiceNow Engineer I will develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications while collaborating with global teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications and modules
• Validate ServiceNow integrations through API testing using tools like Postman and SOAP UI
• Collaborate with development teams across multiple time zones to ensure high-quality software releases

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of software testing and development experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as ATF, Selenium, or similar
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Flow Designer
