Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive test cases for ServiceNow applications
- Plan, execute, and document both manual and automated tests, identifying and tracking defects
- Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify requirements and conduct functional, integration, and regression testing
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of software testing and development experience, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA and HP ALM
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as ATF and Selenium
