ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic design and architecture of their enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM, and custom applications
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow aligned with enterprise goals and best practices
• Drive end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across the platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow core modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSM
• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformations in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and ITIL/ITSM frameworks
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred
