ServiceNow FSM Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and streamline field service operations, the remote ServiceNow FSM Functional Consultant will collaborate with developers, architects, and customer stakeholders, focusing on implementing FSM solutions over a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and drive requirements workshops for FSM module features, including work order management and dynamic scheduling
• Document configuration requirements and user stories in the Agile Development module of ServiceNow, guiding stakeholders on data collection
• Perform functional testing and provide training to customer SMEs on the ServiceNow FSM module features

Required qualifications

• Previous project experience implementing FSM module features related to work order management and inventory management
• Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro and HRSD industry use cases
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
