• Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and business advisory services

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Experience with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective
• Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering
