ServiceNow Functional Lead, a fully remote contract position for 6+ months requiring an active Secret clearance, responsible for leading ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementations and configurations, specifically in Customer Service Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Provide guidance and best practices for ServiceNow processes and functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Functional Lead
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration
• Active Secret clearance
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
