Job Summary
ServiceNow Functional Lead, a fully remote contract position for 6+ months requiring an active Secret clearance, responsible for leading ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementations and configurations, specifically in Customer Service Management

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Functional Lead
