ServiceNow GCC Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow GCC Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Low Level Design across ITSM, CMDB, IRM, and integrations within a ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment
• Architect bidirectional ServiceNow-Salesforce integration via IntegrationHub and design integration patterns within compliance-driven boundary constraints
• Define multi-environment deployment strategy and oversee advanced ServiceNow configuration, leading technical execution through cutover and stabilization

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering ServiceNow in GCC or FedRAMP-authorized environments
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development at production scale
• Proven experience designing enterprise integrations and deep CMDB experience
• Experience operating in regulated environments aligned to NIST 800-171 and CMMC v2
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and platform security
