ServiceNow GCC Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow GCC Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Low Level Design across ITSM, CMDB, IRM, and integrations within a ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment
• Architect bidirectional ServiceNow-Salesforce integration via IntegrationHub and design integration patterns within compliance-driven boundary constraints
• Define multi-environment deployment strategy and lead technical execution through cutover and stabilization for the July 1 readiness milestone

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering ServiceNow in GCC or FedRAMP-authorized environments
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development at production scale (ITSM, CMDB, IntegrationHub)
• Proven experience designing enterprise integrations including system-of-record design and error handling architecture
• Deep CMDB experience including discovery strategy and CI relationship modeling
• Experience operating in regulated environments aligned to NIST 800-171 and CMMC v2
