ServiceNow Governance Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote ServiceNow Governance Lead will define the ServiceNow roadmap, establish governance frameworks, and act as the primary liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective platform management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with organizational goals and establish governance frameworks
• Oversee platform architecture, integration with enterprise systems, and evaluate new ServiceNow modules for adoption
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and ServiceNow developers, gathering requirements and prioritizing enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Proven track record in ITSM/ITOM implementations and platform governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
