ServiceNow GRC Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise governance and compliance initiatives, the remote ServiceNow GRC Engineer will configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance workflows and troubleshoot issues over an 18-month contract-to-hire period.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions for governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and platform teams to automate workflows and enhance platform capabilities
- Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow environment
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of IT experience with 3 years in Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Audit, or Risk Management programs
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Flow Designer and Business Rules
- Strong understanding of Risk Management, Policy Management, and Compliance Management processes
- Experience in Agile delivery environments supporting enterprise governance and compliance initiatives
- Knowledge of Incident Management and troubleshooting within ServiceNow environments
