Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow HAM Analyst for a remote contract position, the candidate will manage hardware asset management processes within the ServiceNow HAM module, serve as a subject matter expert, and facilitate stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support hardware asset management processes within the ServiceNow HAM module
• Serve as a subject matter expert for hardware asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement
• Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and provide guidance on asset management best practices

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and asset lifecycle management
• Experience working directly within ServiceNow asset management modules
• Ability to independently lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
