ServiceNow HAM Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HAM Architect to lead hardware asset management architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HAM implementations as the primary architect and subject matter expert
• Translate business needs into scalable HAM solutions and define architecture for hardware lifecycle and integrations
• Conduct workshops, guide developers, and create documentation and training on HAM capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HAM/ITAM implementation and architecture experience
• Strong command of the hardware asset lifecycle and ITIL/ITSM concepts
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and third-party integrations
• Proficient with scripting and configuration in ServiceNow
• ITIL Foundation certification required; ServiceNow HAM/ITAM certifications preferred
