ServiceNow HAM/SAM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Techno Functional Consultant - L2.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management solutions
• Translate business needs into technical architectures and provide technical expertise for ServiceNow capabilities
• Conduct maturity assessments and lead workshops for defining RBAC models and depreciation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro implementations (v. Quebec+)
• Mastery in asset lifecycle automation, integration, and process automation
• Certifications: CIS-HAM (required), CIS-SAM (preferred), CSA, IT4IT/ITIL 4 (asset focus)
• Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, NIST)
• Strong stakeholder management experience from CISO to procurement teams
