Job Summary

Specializing in hands-on implementation with the Yokohama release, the remote ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Engineer will lead the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow HAM solutions, optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, configure, and deploy ServiceNow HAM solutions, focusing on the Yokohama release
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, and integrations for end-to-end hardware lifecycle management
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within CMDB and HAM modules while providing ongoing support and documentation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management
• Proven track record of recent HAM implementation on the Yokohama release
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with third-party asset tools
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential
