Job Summary

To optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes, the remote contract ServiceNow Hardware Asset Manager will lead implementation efforts, design workflows, and ensure data accuracy across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support ServiceNow HAM implementation, including configuration and deployment on the Yokohama release
• Design and develop HAM workflows and integrations to enhance hardware lifecycle management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on Hardware Asset Management
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
