To support and evolve the HR Service Delivery platform, a mid-level ServiceNow HR Application Analyst will manage the configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow HRSD modules, focusing on optimizing the Employee Center experience, while working remotely.

Required qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong Employee Center (ESC) configuration experience
- End-to-end configuration expertise
- Ability to make independent configuration decisions
- JavaScript exposure in ServiceNow
