ServiceNow HR Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation of HR ServiceNow modules for HR Case Management, the full-time salaried ServiceNow HR Application Analyst will manage application projects, enhance and maintain the system, and provide training and support remotely from Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage application projects by setting goals, monitoring tasks, and reporting status to the Lead Application Analyst
- Develop and document policies and procedures for system design, enhancements, and change control
- Analyze workflow requirements to design, configure, test, and implement application solutions
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT (if H.S. Diploma/GED route is taken)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR modules is highly desired
- Ability to develop logical data models and maintain data integrity
- Experience in creating and executing comprehensive test plans for application functionality changes
