ServiceNow HRSD Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and optimization of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), the contract HRSD Analyst will work remotely or onsite in Memphis, TN, collaborating with HR stakeholders and technical teams to enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow HRSD platform to meet organizational needs
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and identify process improvements
• Implement solutions that enhance the employee experience and optimize HR operations

Required qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee experience enhancement
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and technical staff
• Proven track record of gathering requirements and implementing solutions
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
