Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate executive-level workshops and translate business requirements into prioritized outcomes
• Lead multiple implementations and collaborate with Solution Architects to develop project plans
• Oversee the development of Senior Business Analysts and maintain delivery standards for ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant
• In-depth functional expertise in ServiceNow HRSD suite of products
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar technical discipline
• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
