ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to optimize employee services by bridging HR and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional specifications
• Design HRSD applications using platform best practices
• Develop test plans, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the ServiceNow HRSD module
• In-depth knowledge of HR Case and Knowledge Management, Enterprise Onboarding, and Lifecycle Events
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform data models, tables, and security models
• Familiarity with HCM integrations, such as Workday
• Experience with Agile methodology, including Scrum and sprint planning
