ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (HRSD) to implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practices
• Contribute to Agile engagements, enhancing project efficiency and quality
• Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and oversee technical quality on customer projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, specifically in HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• 3-5+ years of client-facing consulting experience in ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS implementations
• Proven experience in Agile delivery and leading sprint ceremonies
• Strong capability in solution design, including workflow/configuration and integrations
• Experience leading technical workshops and advising on HRSD solutions
