ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Job Summary

To support the IT/HR Technology team, the contract ServiceNow HRSD Consultant will design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module, working remotely to ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, focusing on HR services, lifecycle events, and employee journeys
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions while customizing workflows, forms, and UI components
• Lead platform upgrades and new module implementations, creating reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to IT leadership

Required qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are mandatory
• Experience with HRSD projects, including configuring complex HR services and integrations with Workday and SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques
• Understanding of HRSD industry use cases such as utilities, telecom, and healthcare
