ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time ServiceNow HRSD Consultant will lead HRSD projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities while working remotely and collaborating with sales teams to drive successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Leading ServiceNow HRSD projects and managing all aspects of the project/workstream
• Providing design and strategy guidance to clients on best practices during implementation phases
• Developing detailed implementation plans and establishing user journeys to support the design and configuration of HR Service Delivery capabilities

Required qualifications

• At least 1+ year of expertise in implementing ServiceNow HRSD
• At least 2+ years of expertise in implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Strong knowledge of HR Functions, Processes, and Best Practices
• Proven expertise in implementing two of the following areas: ITOM, SecOps, ITBM, SAM, or GRC
• Certifications in the areas of ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM, or SAM
