Key Responsibilities

Extract and analyze HR service delivery data from ServiceNow
Build dashboards and reports to inform HR decision-making
Identify trends and assess the effectiveness of HR knowledge articles and ticket deflection strategies

Required Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
Proven ability to build analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong background in HR analytics and metrics

Knowledge of ticketing systems and deflection metrics is preferred
