ServiceNow HRSD Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Acting as a technical lead for ServiceNow HRSD, the full-time contractor will manage client engagements, oversee an offshore team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality HRSD solutions while working remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on design decisions and best practices for ServiceNow HRSD
• Interface with client stakeholders and manage day-to-day operations of an offshore development team
• Produce operational reports and support capacity planning for resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 5-10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in HRSD
• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
• 3-5 years of direct HR domain experience
• Proven experience as a technical lead, including stakeholder interaction in high visibility environments
