ServiceNow HRSD Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in the United States, the full-time ServiceNow HRSD Specialist will design, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions while collaborating with global developers to ensure alignment with platform governance and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and develop HRSD workflows, business rules, catalog items, and user interfaces
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and design effective solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience, ideally in HRSD or ITSM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
